Welcome to the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), a newly converted University through R.A. 10605 in June 11, 2013 but was given the full status of a University in January 13, 2015 after substantially complying with the requirements of Universityhood by the Commission on Higher Education through Board En Banc Resolution number 006- 2015, hence, the first named University through merits.

     The Vice President for Academic Affairs takes pride in reporting the activities, projects, programs and accomplishments of the academic group under the leadership of academic officials who are working very hard with that zeal of commitment and dedication in the pursuit of academic excellence in an environment with a heart for Humanity, Arts, Nature and Entrepreneurship (HUMANE) for development.

     Serving as a steward of quality assurance and excellence in all academic programs and services, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs works very closely with the other Vice Presidents and other administrators, Deans, Department Chairs, Program Heads, Academic Directors, Faculty and students, the community/other stakeholders, and other professional organizations in a team environment ensuring that all activities are in congruence with the Institution's Vision and Mission, and with the goals of the local, national and international agenda.

     PSAU has grown that far from a College to a University as a result of the concerted efforts of everyone. And it is but fitting to extend our sincerest acknowledgement and deep appreciation to all our partners who, in one way or another, have contributed much in making what PSAU is today.
