College Goal/s
- To provide relevant and quality higher education and training to clients who will spur growth in agriculture and forestry and lead in community development.
- To generate technologies through meaningful research in order to continue in addressing the problems of clients.
- To provide extension services to farmers to help them improve agricultural production.
- To establish and maintain income-generating projects to obtain funds to sustain the programs and activities of the institute in particular and the college in general.

Program Objectives:- To produce professionals who are technically competent, socially and environment conscious, and globally competitive.
- To turn-out graduates who are competent in research activities who may later become agricultural scientists and natural resources managers.

Program Objectives:- Inculcate in the students the role of communication in the development process, with emphasis on the current Philippine situation specifically on the issues concerning the environment, population, food security, economy and politics.
- Provide training in the fields of journalism, broadcasting, science communication and communication research with focus on the community and national development.
- To promote social responsibility through the students’ awareness and appreciation of community-based activities and human sensitive research.
