- Maintenance and monitoring of submersible pumps and jetmatic pumps operation through bi-weekly periodic recording of operations data (voltage, current, noise or vibrations).

- To attend Emergency work orders pertaining to electrical and water services, the latest time to be attended shall be three working days.
