Pampanga State Agricultural University, led by President Anita G. David, presented the university’s FY 2023 physical and financial performance and FY 2025 budget proposal during the Budget Dialogue for State Universities and Colleges under the 17th Regional Development Council III-Sectoral Committee on Social Development held on 26 February 2024 in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
