Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) has successfully sustained its ISO 9001:2015 certification following a comprehensive external audit conducted from August 21 to 22, 2024. This audit marks the second ISO recertification for the university since it first achieved the certification in 2017.
The audit, led by a team from W3 Solutionz, included Dr. Catherine Talao-Sigua, Gemachita Telan, and Arlene Castillo. These auditors meticulously examined all units, departments, and offices under the university’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with the ISO standards.
During the audit, the team reviewed key areas such as customer satisfaction, risk management, and continual improvement processes across various academic and administrative units. The successful completion of this audit reaffirms PSAU’s commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards across its operations.
