On April 11, 2025, PSAU proudly celebrated a significant milestone in its commitment to human resource excellence, as it was awarded PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II recognition by the Civil Service Commission. The awarding ceremony took place at the 2nd Floor of the University Food Center, attended by university officials and representatives from the CSC.
On December 10, 2018, PSAU was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for achieving Maturity Level II in the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) core area of the PRIME-HRM. Guided by the principles of meritocracy and excellence, PSAU continues to strengthen its RSP processes by enhancing HR standards, practices, and competencies. These ongoing efforts aim to ensure fair and effective recruitment for the benefit of all employees, regardless of their employment status within the University.
In 2025, PSAU received further recognition for its robust implementation of the Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R) systems. This achievement solidified all four pillars of PRIME-HRM, elevating PSAU to PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II status.
The ceremony began with an engaging audio-visual presentation, followed by a warm welcome address from Dr. Anita G. David, University President. The certificate awarding was led by Ms. Dyna Marie D. Quimson, Director II of the CSC-Pampanga Field Office, and was formally accepted by PSAU leaders and the PRIME-HRM Committees. The event concluded with a heartfelt closing message from Ms. Mina Lyn G. Alviz, Acting Vice President for Administration and Finance.
This proud moment reflects PSAU’s unwavering commitment to institutional excellence and people-centered service, directly contributing to SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, as well as SDG 4: Quality Education. By strengthening its HR systems, PSAU not only empowers its workforce but also solidifies its role as a catalyst for sustainable and inclusive development.
