Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) has officially partnered with the Paragon Supreme Council (Pampanga) through a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), reinforcing both institutions’ shared commitment to student development and academic excellence.
The MOU establishes a collaborative framework focused on delivering academic enrichment programs, mentorship initiatives, and support services designed to foster student success and holistic growth. This partnership marks a significant step toward empowering future leaders and professionals, ensuring that PSAU students have greater access to opportunities for learning and personal advancement.
Representing PSAU were Dr. Anita G. David, University President; Mr. Carlo D. De Dios, Director for Public Affairs and International Linkages; Mr. John Paul S. Viray, Head of the External Affairs Unit; and Dr. Aida Lapira, U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer.
The Paragon Supreme Council (Pampanga) and its partners were represented by Brod Rey Batomalaque (Chairman, PSFAAI), Mr. Alvin Chincuanco (Vice Chairman, PSFAAI / President, Paragon Supreme Council – Pampanga), Ms. Rica Sanchez, Mr. Neil Duya (National President, SCS), Mr. Glenn Tripulca (Area Manager, CAAP), Ms. Dianne Manalese (Manager, The Par View Village), Mr. Oji Sanchez (National President, PSFAAI), and Mr. Jesus Canda (Secretary, PSFAAI).
