Anchored on Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, PSAU continues to uphold good governance by streamlining its front office operations, promoting anti-red tape initiatives.

Through this initiative, the University underscores the importance of a responsive and accountable public service culture—making government transactions faster, simpler, and more citizen-friendly.

This observance supports SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, by fostering transparent and accountable institutions that serve the public with integrity and efficiency.
