Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) actively participated in the 2025 PASUC Midterm Convention and General Assembly held from July 9–11 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, with the theme “Forging the Future: Empowering SUCs through Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence.”
Representing PSAU were University President Dr. Anita G. David, Dr. Geraldine C. Sanchez (VP for Research, Innovation, Extension and Training), Dr. Amalia C. Briones (Director for Extension and Training), Ms. Ariane P. Barrientos (Assistant Director for Research and Development), and Asst. Prof. Divine Reine S. Aquino (Assistant Director for Innovation).
The convention was spearheaded by PASUC President Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, bringing together SUC leaders to strengthen collective efforts in advancing education, innovation, and sustainable development across the country.
This active participation underscores PSAU’s alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), as it reaffirms our shared commitment to inclusive, accessible, and high-standard learning; SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), through our focus on academic research, modernization, and innovation; and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by nurturing strong alliances among institutions to drive national and global development.
