Councilor Norman Lacson, representing Mayor Malu Lacson, handed over financial assistance checks to 50 graduate students of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) during a recent event.
Also present at the assistance distribution was PSAU Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Sylvia S. De Guzman.
This program, implemented by the Magalang local government unit (LGU), under the leadership of Mayor Malu Lacson, aims to support higher education and ease the financial burdens faced by PSAU’s postgraduate students.
