MOA signing between CLAARRDEC and PSAU The MOA signing between CLAARRDEC and PSAU took place on April 22, 2024, at the PSAU President’s Office. The purpose of the agreement is to implement the project entitled “Strengthening the M&E Capacity of CLAARRDEC in R&D through Database Management and Real-Time Monitoring System (RTMS)”. The project’s main objective is to develop a database and a Real-Time Monitoring System (RTMS) to provide an efficient and effective platform for monitoring and evaluating the plans and implementation of the Consortium’s R&D activities. In attendance were Dr. Anita G. David, PSAU President, Dr. Geraldine C. Sanchez, VP for RIET, Dr. Rogelio P. Carandang, Jr., ORD Director, Dr. Marlon A. Naagas, Project Leader, and other project and ORD staff.
