FUNCTIONS
The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance is directly responsible for the administrative and financial management of the University in accordance with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Special Functions
The VPAF Office has the following specific functions:
- Supervises all offices under the Administrative, Finance and General and Auxiliary Services and monitors the units’ accomplishment in performing their respective units’ objectives of rendering quality services.
- Recommends all financial transactions such as but not limited to purchase request, disbursement vouchers, purchase orders, payrolls and other forms for approval of the University President.
- Recommends all documents concerning administrative such as but not limited to Form 6, work plans, loan applications and requests to render service form of approval of the University President.
- Supervises the Project Monitoring Committee on the implementation of the procured projects of the University; and
- Acts on selected documents as authorized by the University President.
