On March 12, 2025, a partnership meeting between Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) and National University Clark Campus was successfully held at PSAU. The discussion focused on strengthening collaboration in Research, Extension, and Internationalization, reinforcing both institutions’ commitment to academic excellence and global engagement. This initiative aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education, as it promotes inclusive and equitable learning opportunities through joint academic programs, research collaborations, and international linkages. Additionally, it supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, emphasizing the importance of institutional collaborations in achieving sustainable development through shared knowledge and resources.

National University Clark Campus was represented by Dr. Arnel Diego, Executive Director; Prof. Priscilla Evangelista, Academic Director; Jayemer Miranda, QAT Coordinator; Jeric David, ABM Strand Coordinator; Gilmar Baun, Admin Associate, Office of the Executive Director; Nikkaella Dela Cruz, Admin Associate, Office of the Academic Director; and Richard John Hernandez, Faculty Services Office.

Representing PSAU were Dr. Anita G. David, University President; Asst. Prof. Carlo D. De Dios, Director for Public Affairs and International Linkages; Dr. Elmer P. Calaguas, Dean of the College of Education; Mr. John Paul S. Viray, Head of the External Affairs Unit; Dr. Maria Crisella A. Dela Cruz-Mercado; and Asst. Prof. Aljon G. Samson.

The meeting served as a platform for meaningful discussions on potential joint initiatives that will enhance academic programs, research collaborations, and international linkages.
