
On September 11, 2024, the College of Education (CoEd) of Pampanga State Agricultural University marked a significant milestone with the return of its Face-to-Face Recognition Day, after several years of being held virtually. This landmark event, which took place at the Bren Z. Guiao Multi-Purpose Center from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, celebrated the academic accomplishments of students from the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd), and Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) programs for the academic year 2023-2024.
The event was attended by the College of Education students from the four major programs, along with faculty members. The breakdown of student participation was as follows: BSEd Program: 258 students, BEEd Program: 85 students, BTLEd Program: 119 students, and BPEd Program: 88 students
The highlight of the event was the recognition of the President’s Listers and Dean’s Listers. The recognition ceremony honored the top-performing students across different categories, celebrating their academic excellence and commitment to their studies. The awards were presented in various categories: President’s Listers – 1st to 3rd Year Students: 2 President’s Listers under the BSEd English, and from the 4th Year Students: 14 President’s Listers under the BSEd Science, BSEd English, and BSEd Filipino.
The President’s Listers are those students who achieved the highest academic standing across their respective years. The ceremony took special care to highlight the achievements of the 2 first-to-third year President’s Listers from the BSEd English, as well as the 14 fourth-year President’s Listers, who excelled in their respective fields of Science, English, and Filipino. This recognition is a testament to their dedication and perseverance over the course of their academic journey.
On the other hand, a total of 534 students from the first to fourth year were also honored as Dean’s Listers. These students maintained an outstanding academic performance and were recognized for their consistent hard work throughout the year.


The Face-to-Face Recognition Day for the Academic Year 2023-2024 was a resounding success. It provided a platform to honor and celebrate the exceptional academic performance of the students of the College of Education after years of virtual ceremonies. The event was a testament to the resilience of the students, the dedication of the faculty, and the strong sense of community that continues to thrive within the College of Education. It was a memorable afternoon that will inspire students to continue their journey toward becoming future educators who will shape the world.
