The DOST-PCHRD awarded Dr. Jacqueline V. Bagunu, a visiting professor at Pampanga State Agricultural University as the 2023 Best Mentor in Health Research under the Luzon Cluster-Graduate Students Category on March 25, 2024, at PICC, Manila.
