The cultural exchange program between Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) and Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU) culminated in a memorable celebration of tradition and collaboration.
From February 24-27, 2025, Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) hosted a dynamic cultural exchange program with Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU) of Uzbekistan. PSAU’s La Granja Modelo Dance Troupe and Imago Dei Chorale showcased Filipino cultural performances, while the TSAU delegates presented traditional Uzbek performances.
The TSAU delegation was led by Dr.Abduvasikov Abduaziz, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Transformation, and Strategic Development, who also served as the Head of the Delegation. The team also included Ms. Koilova Ayna, Leading Specialist of the Department of International Cooperation and Ratings from the Ministry of Agriculture, and Janibekova Yulduz, Methodologist of the Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment, and Artistic Director of the “Agrar Yulduzlari” (Agrarian Stars) Song and Dance Ensemble.
Other distinguished members of the delegation included Sodiqova Zarnigor, University Press Secretary; Jo‘rayev Islom, Xolyigitov Umidjon, Nurmuhammedov, Sharifov Ravshan, Yusupjonova Feruza, Adaxanjonova Dilafruz, and Sulaymonova Gulshan Botir qizi, who are students of TSAU and members of the Agrar Yulduzlari Song and Dance Ensemble.
This initiative aligns with SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as it fosters international collaboration in education and cultural exchange, promoting inclusivity and global engagement.
