Biography: Annabelle D. Añonuevo was born on March 31, 1983. A college instructor for four years under Food Technology Department obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology from Bulacan Agricultural College in 2013 and currently pursuing her Master of Science in Food Science program at the Philippine Women’s University. An accomplished Food Technologist with an extensive background in shelf life analysis of canned products and thermal processing. Experienced in quality control in the food sauces industry and quality assurance analyst in the beverages and meat processing industry that knowledgeable in GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and ISO documentation. Her teaching experiences and various work experiences afforded her the crucial skills to work with some of the best professionals and bring her knowledge, skills, commitment, and excellence to the College.
