Biography: Evangeline A. Galatierra is a faculty member of the Pampanga State Agricultural University since 1988. She has served as the Dean of the College of Hospitality Entrepreneurship and Food Sciences (CHEFS) from 2012-2016 and is an AACCUP Accreditor since 2013. She is a holder of NC II in Food Processing, in Cookery and in Food & Beverage. She was the recipient of the “Mentor of the Year” award in 2009.
