Objectives

1. Establish Information and Communications Technology Research and Development Facility at Pampanga State Agricultural University.

2. Procure equipment for the ICT RD facility’s use in broadcasting and journalism, research and technology dissemination associated in Agriculture.

Goals

• Become the Information and Communications Technology Research and Development facility in Agriculture for our Farmers
• Conduct Research and Extension services
• Mentor and/or Produce Development Communication Practitioners
• Be Recognized as the Information and Communications Technology Research and Development Facility in the Philippines
• Serve as the communication arm of the Department of Agriculture and attached agencies
