Pampanga State Agricultural University and Empower Philippines officially seals collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. Together, both aims to advocate for volunteerism, empower communities, and create meaningful impacts.

Empower Philippines is represented by Ms. Therese Zapanta-Verzosa and Dr. Jude Verzosa while the university is represented by its President, Dr. Anita G. David and Mr. Carlo D. De Dios, the Director of Public Affairs and International Linkages.
