On February 10, Tarlac Agricultural University visited the Office of Board Secretary to explore best practices in governance, strengthening institutional leadership and decision-making.

On February 25, Nueva Vizcaya State University visited the Office of Cultural and Performing Arts to learn about cultural management and preservation, while Occidental Mindoro State College visited the Records Office and FOI Unit to gain insights into transparency and effective record-keeping.

On February 27, the Bukid ni Oda Association visited the Tamarind RDE Center, focusing on research and development to enhance community-driven initiatives.
