Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) welcomed Dr. Joefrelin C. Ines, DBA, Head of the Department of Business Administration, College of Economics & Business Administration at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) Shinas, Oman, on February 5, 2025. The visit marked the formalization of a collaboration through a Letter of Cooperation, aiming to foster academic and professional exchanges, promote knowledge sharing, and enhance institutional capabilities.

Aligned with SDG 4: Quality Education, this initiative supports international academic engagement through research conferences, expert forums, and student interaction programs, broadening learning opportunities for both institutions.
