Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) participates in the Policy Forum on Student Workload and Authentic Assessment today, October 3, until October 4 at Iloilo City, Philippines.

The University is represented by Dr. Gerald M. Salas (Director for Institutional Quality Assurance), Asst. Prof. Carlo D. De Dios (Director for Public Affairs and International Linkages), and Dr. Divina C. Ladrillo (President of the PSAU Faculty Union). The Authentic Assessment Adoption forum is a two-day collaborative event led by West Visayas State University in partnership with the ASEAN University Network, the University of San Agustin, and Ateneo de Manila University. The forum focuses on the critical consideration of student workload in the development and implementation of curricula across various programs of study, alongside discussions on the adoption of authentic assessments.

Chairperson Joselito F. Villaruz, MD, PhD, FPPS, the SUC President IV of West Visayas State University, presided over the event, supported by co-chairs Choltis Dhirathiti, PhD, Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network, and Richard R. Jugar, PhD, FHEA, Special Advisor to the AUN Executive Director (Teacher Education) and Director of Educational Practices, Instruction, and Curriculum Development at the University of San Carlos.
