PSAU is bursting with pride as Dr. Neil C. Tanquilut, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, has been named one of this year’s Most Outstanding Magaleños (MOMA) in the field of Education.
The prestigious MOMA 2024 awards, presented by Magalang town officials and led by Mayor Malu Paras-Lacson, celebrated the exceptional contributions of distinguished individuals in various fields. Dr. Tanquilut’s dedication to education and unwavering commitment to excellence have truly made a remarkable impact.
The event, held at the Best Western Hotel in Angeles City, also honored other notable awardees: Oscar M. Balajadia Jr. (Arts and Culture), Samuel O. Chan (Business and Entrepreneurship), Dr. Larry R. Lacson (Agriculture and Environment), Consul General Elmer G. Cato (Government Service), Pampanga 1st District Congressman Carmelo “Jon” B. Lazatin II (Honorary Magaleño), and Rev. Fr. Dino Albert N. Pineda (Adopted Son of Magalang).
