Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), under the leadership of University President Dr. Anita G. David, proudly received the 3rd Place Award for Agency Physical and Financial Performance during the FY 2024 Agency Performance Recognition (APR) of the Department of Budget and Management – Regional Office III, held on May 22, 2025, in San Fernando, Pampanga.

With an impressive average score of 4.80 (Very Satisfactory), this award is a testament to PSAU’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and operational excellence in delivering public service and fulfilling its mandates. This achievement was made possible through the dedication and leadership of Ms. Mina Lyn G. Alviz (Acting Vice President for Administration and Finance), Mr. Jessie H. Licup (University Secretary), Mr. Kristoffer Ivan C. Esguerra (Director of the Office of Financial Services), Dr. Rafael R. Rafael (Director for Planning, Project Development and Monitoring), Ms. Margie Anne G. Salas (Head of Budget Unit), and of course, the steadfast stewardship of President Anita G. David.

The DBM recognizes SUCs with exemplary performance in achieving physical targets and prudent financial stewardship, and PSAU continues to shine through dedicated efforts from its administration, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
