Pampanga State Agricultural University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with different Taiwanese Universities such as Kun Shan University, Cheng Shiu University and Ming Shin University of Science and Technology and other Philippine Universities through the INTACT Base on April 30, 2024 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. The University is represented by Dr. Sylvia S. De Guzman (Vice President for Academic Affairs), and Mr. Carlo De Dios (Director for Public Affairs and International Linkages). PSAU, together with these Taiwanese universities, aim to enhance relations and develop collaborative activities in the areas of education, agreeing to work together toward the internationalization of higher education.
