The DWEE 107.1 FM D’ AniKita Radio, is a community radio station under Pampanga State Agricultural University, aims to be a medium in the dissemination of information on production and extension-training activities, agricultural research, promotion of agricultural development, public investments needed for domestic and export-oriented business enterprises from countryside development, and laboratory of the faculty, students, and researchers of the Development Communication degree program.

Initiated by the Department of Agriculture, which is a government body tasked with promoting agricultural growth by providing the necessary legislative framework, public investments, and support services to domestic and export-oriented businesses, in partnership with the Pampanga State Agricultural University. The facility is located on the rooftop of the PSAU Food Processing Center, PAC, San Agustin, Magalang, Pampanga and has its broadcast studios and management office. It has a broadcast power of 300Watts (ERP 600Watts).

The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) granted the Department of Agriculture a permit in 2013 to establish ten (10) LGU-based Community Radio Stations aimed at improving farming and fishing communities’ access to markets, technologies, and resource opportunities in order to improve the quality of life of rural people.  Starting in 2020, the Department of Agriculture will spread the initiative to other parts of the nation to build “DWEE 107.1 FM D’ AniKita Radio” inside school campuses of Agricultural State Colleges/Universities.

It stands out from the other public and private educational institutions in Pampanga and Central Luzon. Furthermore, it is constantly engaged in agriculture instruction, research, production, and extension-training activities aimed at improving the quality of higher education and rural development.
