1.To consistently enforce 100% University rules and regulations pertaining to peace and order inside the campus at all times;

2.To implement 100% security measures by checking the identity of PSAU students, officials and employees including visitors going inside and outside the campus;

3.To conduct 100% inspection of buildings/establishments/ facilities of the University including vehicles such as delivery vans entering and leaving the campus;

4.To provide 100% immediate action to all incidents/cases reflected in the security blotter. To respond quickly on emergency cases within five (5) minutes; and

5.To obtain an annual average client satisfaction rating of at least 80% with no individual rating in all services delivered below 70%.
