Sinukuan Gazette, the official student publication of Pampanga State Agricultural University, emerged victorious at the 23rd Regional Higher Education Press Conference (RHEPC), securing 31 awards in both individual and group categories.

Jointly organized by the Association of Tertiary School Paper Advisers of Region 3, Inc. and The Young Journalists Association of Region 3, this year’s RHEPC gathered 541 delegates from 38 student publications across Central Luzon.

Bannering this year’s theme, “PRESS PLAY: Campus Journalists as Game Changers in Digital Revolution,” Sinukuan Gazette staffers constitute the RHEPC 2025 delegation of 541 campus journalists from 38 student publications all across Central Luzon.

Twenty-four of these are Sinukuan Gazette staffers who showcased their expertise in journalistic storytelling.

For two consecutive years now, SG has produced two highest pointers: Editor-in-Chief Mark Lorenz Acojedo and Head Visual Artist Daphne Mavery Ruiz, who climbed their way up the coveted pylon of highest scoring delegates for the individual categories once again by both securing 18 points.

Both highest pointers are bound to the Luzon-wide Higher Education Press Conference (LHEPC), along with two other qualifiers: Junior Opinion Editor Princess Guiana Del Rosario and Head Layout Artist Elmar Christian Arellano.

The whole delegation of Sinukuan Gazette to the 23rd RHEPC, who fiercely represented the University include:
