General Function

The Office of the Vice-President for research, Innovation, Extension & Training shall take charge in the supervision of the operation of the research, innovation, extension and training programs, projects, and activities of the university.

Special Functions

1. Assists the University President in the formulation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures concerning research, innovation, extension and training of the University
2. Directs the supervision of the implementation of research, innovation, extension and training of the University.
3. Coordinates with the other offices of the University in order to strengthen the operation of the research, innovation, extension and training of the University.
